Dynaiz Cloud

Run digital infrastructure with local context and global ambition

Dynaiz Cloud is a cloud infrastructure and orchestration platform hosted with Nigerian context in mind. It lets individuals and companies provision, manage, secure, monitor and pay for cloud resources through a single interface, while infrastructure partners provide the underlying compute, storage and networking. Dynaiz owns the customer experience, orchestration, billing, security, monitoring and support layers.

Operational visibility

Monitoring, logs, alerts and incident handling sit inside the platform rather than beside it. Reconciliation runs continuously and reports drift (the gap between what the platform believes exists and what the provider actually has) because in infrastructure the expensive failures are the quiet ones.

Offer functionalities

  • Compute instances and containers
  • Object storage and scheduled backups
  • DNS, private networks and public IPs
  • Firewalls and load balancers
  • Usage-based billing on a double-entry ledger

01 Background

Dynaiz Cloud is two businesses stacked on top of each other. The bottom one is infrastructure: physical machines in a building with power and network. The top one is the platform: the software that turns those machines into a product someone can buy. They have completely different economics, and confusing them is how cloud projects die.

Between them sits a single provider interface. Everything in the platform is written against it, and nothing above it knows or cares which provider is underneath. That seam is the whole trick: it lets the business start by reselling somebody else's capacity and move down the stack over time without rebuilding the customer, billing or identity systems.

02 The Challenges

Cloud is not only a technical decision for an African business. It is a currency decision, a regulatory decision and a support decision, and the three usually pull in different directions.

What local buyers are actually weighing up

  • Data residency and regulatory pressure
  • Foreign-exchange exposure on dollar invoices
  • Latency to distant regions
  • Support that does not share your working day

03 The Solution

The route is deliberately staged: run against a simulator, then resell a provider's virtual machine API, then rent bare metal and run our own hypervisor on it, then take space in a shared data centre, and only then own the building. Each step buys more control and more margin, and each step costs more to run.

Because the platform is written against one provider interface, moving between those stages is a change underneath the seam, not a rewrite above it. Customers keep their accounts, their billing history and their resources while the thing running them changes shape.
