It is the human layer of the ecosystem, and deliberately the top of the funnel for everything else: builders who learn on Dynaiz Cloud become customers of Dynaiz Cloud, and the project teams hire from the people who shipped there first.

Why it earns its place

A community is usually a cost centre with a Slack workspace. This one is designed to pay for itself three ways: it generates demand, because people who learn on the cloud stay on it; it is a hiring pipeline, because Training feeds Community feeds the project teams; and it accumulates African-context AI assets (languages, documents, datasets, evaluations) that do not exist anywhere else and cannot be bought.

01 Background

The four pillars are deliberately concrete. Build gives every member a free tier on Dynaiz Cloud, because a portfolio of deployed things beats a portfolio of repositories. Learn continues the Training cohorts after graduation, with peer review and office hours rather than another video library. Share is the Commons: an open catalogue of African-context AI assets (language datasets, document samples, evaluation sets and journey templates) with clear licensing. Get known is a public member profile whose contents are earned, not written.

That last pillar is the one that makes the rest work. The profile shows verified artefacts: what you shipped, what you reviewed, what you maintain. It is issued against a Dynaiz Secure identity, so a Verified Builder badge is a claim somebody actually checked.

03 The Solution

The mechanics answer each failure directly. Build sprints run monthly on real problem statements such as offline-first clinic triage, Yoruba, Hausa and Igbo speech recognition and smallholder yield forecasting, and every sprint ends in a deployed artefact, cloud credits for the strongest entries, a spotlight, and a route to a paid Dynaiz contract. Reputation is verified contribution, not points. Chapters are city-run with a rotating lead so no single person carries them.

The commercial model follows the tiers. Member is free. Builder is verified and carries credits. Maintainer owns a Commons asset and shares in what it earns when a company licenses it. Partner is a company that sponsors sprints, recruits from the profiles, or funds a Commons asset it needs to exist. Start with one city, one sprint a month and one Commons asset worth having, and let the rest follow the evidence.
