Source code, documentation and infrastructure configuration are handed over as part of delivery. Staying with us should be a choice rather than a dependency.
With a conversation rather than a specification. We schedule an introductory virtual discussion, understand the problem and the business rationale behind it, and only then agree what a first useful release should prove. Prior detail about your project helps, but a clear description of what is not working is enough to begin.
Yes. Our delivery teams are based in Lagos and we work with clients across Africa and further afield. Most engagements run remotely, with on-site time where the work genuinely needs it, such as commissioning a robotic cell.
Support and iteration continue. Most products change most in their first months of real use, so we plan for that rather than treating launch as the end of the engagement. Source code and documentation are handed over either way.
